Annapurna Base Camp TrekkingThe Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP) was started in 1982 and its protected area covers an area of 7629 sq km. The ACAP covers all the massif of the Annapurnas massif, which lies north of the Pokhara valley, and its surrounding areas. The ACAP was launched with the aim of protecting the environment by promoting and encouraging sustainable community development. The Annapurna region is known for its natural and cultural diversity.

The Annapurna Base Camp trekking can be undertaken from various starting points. No matter from where you start, they all offer multitude of curiosity and landscape at every step. The Annapurna Base Camp trekking is in one of the most easily accessible areas of Nepal, not far from Kathmandu. It provides good infrastructure all along the routes.

It takes 6 hours from Kathmandu to reach Pokhara by road and 7 hours from Sunauli at the Indian border. There are regular daily flights that connect Kathmandu to Pokhara (25 min).

Day 04: Pokhara sightseeing and preparation for trekking

Day 05: drive to Kande (1770m) trek to Landruk (1565m)

Day 06: Trek Landruk to Jhinu (Hot Spring) (1780m)

Day 07: Trek Jhinu (Hot Spring) to Sinuwa (2340)

Day 08: Trek Sinuwa to Deurali(3200m)

Day 09: Trek Deurali to ABC (4130m)

Day 10: Trek ABC to Dovan (2500m)

Day 11: Trek Dovan to Chhomrong (2170m)

Day 12: Trek Chhomrong to Tadapani (2600m)

Day 13: Trek Tadapani to Ghorepani (2800m)

Day 14: Trek Poon Hill (3210m) then trek to Tikhedhunga (1540m)

Day 15: Trek to Nayapul, drive back to Pokhara.

Day 16: Pokhara sightseeing.

Day 17: Fly /Drive back to Kathmandu & gift shopping.

Day 18: Transfer to International departure.
